At Cherub, I aim to get your orders to you as swiftly as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

Same-Day Shipping: Most orders placed by 5pm are shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day.

Combined Shipping: If you place multiple orders in a single day, I will combine them into one shipment when possible. This helps you save on shipping costs and receive everything together.

Responsibility Disclaimer: Please note that Cherub is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. Additionally, we cannot control delays caused by postal carriers or other shipping disruptions. If you have reason to believe a package has been lost or stolen PLEASE email info@shopcherub.com!
